I am a woman with a 2 and 5 year old boy and girl and I have always been on time with my bills but a few weeks ago I let someone borrow money and they never paid it back so now I don't have money to pay my bills and my water and gas is about to get shut off I need that for everything for my kids can someone please help I need 700 dollars please help and god bless you!
